Wout Isbouts started as a youth player at PSV and DVS. As a senior he played for HBS in the National League. After acquiring his coaching licences (Softball and Baseball A and B) he coached the softball team of HBS for 4 years and afterwards the HBS baseball team for 4 years. Then he moved to TWINS to coach the baseball team in the Dutch Major League for another three years. His work as Managing Director of an International IT company forced him to stop because he was no longer able to spend the time he needed to do a proper coach job. With two daughters playing softball it was just a matter of time to come back and to pick up coaching activities again. Since two years now he develop softball hitting clinics for softball youth players and was the initiator of "Playball" South Camp 2006. Since than he is "Playball" Softball Commissioner.
