Since 2000, Markus Torenstra joins the "Playball" Europe Staff. He started in 1998 as trainee during the Summer Camp in Amsterdam. Markus desist from playing as outfielder to spend more time for his study physical education. After this study he specialised him selves as Top Sport Coordinator in Amsterdam and worked with professional athletes during their injured period and bring them back to maximum level. In 2003 he specialized on sports- rehabilitation and 2004 he add to a large Health & Fitness Centre named 'Fresh'. In 2006 he started as well as partner of a joint venture of 'Fresh'. Since 2000 Markus also started as Vice President in "Playball" Baseball & Softball Academy and is responsible for the technical department.
